☀ The City of Palm Springs does not allow any music to be heard outside of the house at any time. In addition, guests will observe quiet hours between 10pm and 10am, and keep noise to a minimum at all other times. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies. Guest will be charged a minimum $1,000 fee for calls of noise/compliance complaints. The City of Palm Springs takes this very seriously and this violation will count as a strike towards our Registration Certificate causing us to potentially lose our rental permit. We thank you for being respectful and abiding by this city ordinance.

Guests with 28+ day stay are responsible for all utilities and a $1500 security deposit will be held. Any remaining balances will be refunded back to you.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
